Justine Rembisz Named Recipient of 2026 Women in Supply Chain Forum Award
This award honors supply chain leaders and executives whose accomplishments, mentorship and examples set a foundation for women in all levels of a company’s supply chain network
SAN FRANCISCO—August 20, 2026 — Justine Rembisz, VP of Hardware at Robust.AI was named a recipient of this year’s Women in Supply Chain Forum™ Award, in the Rising Stars category. This award, which honors female supply chain leaders and executives whose accomplishments, mentorship and examples set a foundation for women in all levels of a company’s supply chain network, is presented by Supply & Demand Chain Executive.

As Vice President of Hardware, Rembisz leads the team responsible for bringing Carter™, Robust.AI’s collaborative mobile robot, from concept through manufacturing and shipment to customer sites. Her team spans mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, firmware, reliability and manufacturing, giving her command across the entire hardware stack. As Robust.AI’s co-founder and CIO, Anthony Jules, puts it, “Justine’s ability to look holistically over all those areas and manage teams with many disparate disciplines is incredibly rare and exceptional.”
Since joining the company in 2023, Rembisz has grown the hardware team from three people to fourteen and shipped three iterations of Carter in under two years, a pace rarely seen in physical product development.
"What I'm most proud of is our ability to prototype and get products out the door quickly," said Rembisz. “That speed comes from the team and partnerships we've built, and it's what will let us keep scaling Carter into more warehouses.”
